We are a church family committed to loving God, loving people, and walking together after Christ. Our desire is to be a faithful presence in our community—rooted in Scripture, shaped by prayer, and centered on Jesus.

Our Leadership

Our leadership exists to shepherd, serve, and support the congregation as we grow together in Christ. We believe leadership is not about position—it’s about partnership and faithful service under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

Lead Pastor

Josh serves as Lead Pastor with a heart for shepherding people through Scripture, relationship, and faithful presence. His ministry is rooted in the conviction that the Gospel travels at the speed of relationships—and that the local church is called to live distinctly, love deeply, and walk faithfully after Christ together.

His preaching emphasizes biblical clarity, honest reflection, and practical application, inviting both believers and seekers to encounter the transforming grace of Jesus. Josh and his family are grateful to be part of the Clyde River community and consider it a privilege to serve alongside this congregation in the work God is doing here.

Deacons

The Deacons serve the church by supporting pastoral leadership, caring for the practical and spiritual needs of the congregation, and helping steward the mission God has entrusted to this body.

Fay

Deacon

Fay has been part of Clyde River United Baptist Church her entire life and has been a member since 1967. She serves faithfully as a deacon and assists with recording tithes and offerings, supporting the stewardship and ministry of the church.

Her faith journey began through the example of others and a revival meeting that helped shape her lifelong walk with Christ. Fay believes the heart of deacon ministry is to advise, assist, and support the pastor while also listening carefully to the concerns of the congregation.

She carries a deep compassion for those who have been hurt and hopes to see the faith and strength that built this congregation continue to grow for generations to come. A verse that encourages her is Proverbs 3:5–6, reminding her to trust the Lord’s guidance and wisdom in every season of life.
